【Sales Representative】

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above.

2. Priority will be given to candidates with relevant work experience, promotional skills, and sales expertise.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, approachable, and strong execution ability.

4. Proficient in English, with fluent oral communication skills and the ability to conduct business negotiations, draft contracts, and handle email correspondence.

Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in international trade terms and familiar with policies such as export tax rebates and foreign exchange verification.

2. Develop and maintain client relationships. Utilize social platforms, exhibitions, and social media to acquire new clients, and establish long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and post-sales feedback.

3. Independently address client needs, including providing quotations, negotiating prices, signing contracts, tracking order progress, and handling unexpected issues such as shipment delays or product quality disputes to ensure smooth order delivery.

4. Possess cross-cultural communication skills, understand business etiquette and practices in different countries, adjust communication methods flexibly to avoid cultural conflicts, and improve negotiation success rates.

5. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability to accommodate cross-border time zone communication and order fluctuations. Quickly devise solutions in response to customer complaints or trade disputes.

6. Uphold high standards of integrity and responsibility, provide accurate information on products and delivery timelines, take proactive accountability for issues, and protect the company’s and industry’s reputation.
